Formula Required

Hello,
I have a partial worksheet that I pasted below. I am going to use mail
merge eventually. I need to use some type of formula that I can sort all
information in numerical order using the last column of numbers, keeping all
pertinent information attached to it in the rows. The list that I have is
like 8000 names and I need a quick way.

Thanks,
Mare

Mare,

There are sorting tools in Excel. There are the sort buttons on the
standard toolbar. Be careful -- ensure the data is OK when you've sorted
it. Undo if it isn't. Excel can be brutal with novices when sorting.
There's a piece on sorting at www.smokeylake.com/excel. And if you have
newer releases of Word (where I presume you're doing the mail merge), I
think it can sort them too, as part of the mail merge process. That would
probably be the way to go. It won't trash your worksheet.
