formula question

Dear
At this forumla " =ROUND(IF($I2="N",$F2*2,($F2*2)-$O2),2)" . I want the
result as below.

1. Result = + is ok
2. Result = - show "o"

Please advice how to add the command if result = "-", the number is show 0
