formula instead of result

Right click and format the cell as general, then u have to retype th
formula back i
 
No need to re-type.

Change format to General then hit F2 then <ENTER>

And, if there a lot of them, Edit/Replace, Find what equal sign, Replace with
equal sign.
 
AND ... shortcut to format to General, you can use:
<Ctrl> <Shift> <~>
Then
<F2>
Then
<Enter>
