Formula Help?

Hi, Hope someone can help me on this? I am trying to figure out how to
make a cell turn a specific color based on the number entered, ie 1 = Green,
2 = Yellow, 3 = Red. But the number stays visible in the cell.

Any help would be appreciated..

If you only have 3 colors, take a look at Format|Conditional Formatting.
