How do you create the formula: the difference between column A and B an
the percentage of the difference
 
There's two ways to go.
The percentage of the difference compared to A1,
OR, the percentage of the difference compared to B1.

With the formula cell formatted to percent:
If 5 is in A1,
And 20 is in B1,

B1 minus A1 divided by B1 equals 75%
=(B1-A1)/B1

B1 minus A1 divided by A1 equals 300%
=(B1-A1)/A1

Which way to go depends on what you're looking for.
