Formula/function to eliminate duplicates?

This is probably a simple function but I am not an expert in Excel
(learning), so any help is greatly appreciated.

I have two columns with numbers in them. What I need to be able to do
is simply if A1 and G1 have the same number then H1 will be blank. But,
if A1 and G1 are different then the value in G1 will carry/copy to H1.

Hi enter the following in H1
=IF(A1=G1,"",G1)
and copy down
