Formula for percentage

Can anyone tell me the formula to automatically calculate the % increase or %
decrease between the values in the two preceding columns?
 
=(B1-A1)/A1

Format as %

Tugger, the formula is (Col2/Col1)-1. This will reflect the change from the
first column to the second.
