Hi Crystal,

If you don't have other columns with previous days' numbers, I don't think
you can get what you're looking for. If you rearrange your data, you might
be able to.

phone calls cell calls 911 calls
jan 1 5 3 10
jan 2 6 7 2
....
today 2 4 8

YTD 13 14 20

The YTD formulae is =sum($B$2:$B$10).

Hope to help.

This really isn't supported. See original thread for a suggestion.

Mr. Ogilvy do you think you can help me? This is considered a Daily Follow up
that gets attached to another document...doing it the way Mr. Smith is
suggesting would take up too much room. Can someone PLEASE help. There has to
be a way.

Why don't you see the answers to your initial post?

Regards.
Jorge

Sory Jorge I did after I sent this last one...Sorry for being a Pain in the
Buttucks

Are you storing the YTD totals up through the previous day in some other
location? Perhaps some other sheet?

Please check your e-mail.
Regards.
Jorge
