formula errors in existing file after updating to Office 2003

I have a workbook that was created in Office XP that did not have any errors
in it. After updating to Office 2003 I now have errors. Some formulas changed
to create circular errors. Others now have plus signs in them that did not
have them before. For example: =+E148/F148
Another problem results in an error instead of an answer where there was an
answer before. All cells involve formulas - Example: H13 contains the formula
=F13/G13 with the resulting answer of 18.63 and F13 contains the formula
=C13/D13 with the resulting answer of 18.03. But when I try to subtract F13
from H13, instead of getting 0.42 I get an error. The subtraction worked fine
before the update. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Difficult to say, but check Tools>options>transition. Nothing should be
checked in this dialog
