Formula Disapears

When i use named Cells in a sheet and put a formula there it will disapear and replace it with the value when i open an other sheet that has got the same named cell in it, is there any way to stop this because i don't want to check my whole sheet if formula's have disapeared

Any sollution for this?
 
You will be able to see the formula if you paste it in a sheet
of a workbook openen in the same EXCEL.EXE application instance as the
source.
 
Well i can see the formula disapearing when i open another work book with the same named cell... 1 of them overrides the other
