D D Sep 30, 2003 #1 Can anyone tell me how to change the formula bar from the "function" feature to the "="?
D Dave Peterson Oct 1, 2003 #2 You just noticed that xl2002 doesn't have that = sign, huh? The only way I know that's close is to drag an "=" icon to a position on a toolbar that's close to the formula bar. Tools|Customize|commands tab|Insert Category About half way down, there's an "=" icon. Drag it to close spot.

G Gord Dibben Oct 1, 2003 #3 D I assume you are running Excel 2002 which has done away with the "=" sign. Have not heard of a fix to date. You can stick the "=" sign button on your toolbar. Tools>Customize>Commands>Insert Gord Dibben Excel MVP XL2002
