In my form, I have a table with about 11 rows, to fill in narrative
information. The rows are .5 in height and from left to right margins. When
filling out the form by typing in the text, when gettng to the end of the
row, the text needs to go to the next row of the table and not expand the
current row. I also need the 11 rows to be fixed and not able to expand, as
it then moves all the rest the form down.
Any suggestions?

No can do that way. Hard fix the row height so it has 11 lines in it.
Use 1 row per response.
