I am trying to create a form in word that allows the
users to enter data and change none of the formatting I
have in place. I have accomplished this so far, the
problem I am trying to overcome is making it so that the
user has to enter something in every possibly insert box.
Please help....feel free to e-mail me at
(e-mail address removed) with any possible solutions.

Thank you

What you are talking about is what Word calls an "online form." For more
about online forms, follow the links at <URL:
http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Customization/FillinTheBlanks.htm> especially Dian
Chapman's series of articles. These will be well worth your time.

You are looking for validation macros. These are not simple because you will
need to intercept the Save and SaveAs and Print commands. Question, do you
not want someone filling out your form to be able to save it partially
completed and come back and finish after lunch?

One simpler thing that might work would be to put something that jumps out
at a viewer as the default in your fields such as TYPE NAME HERE. That way
if it is printed without having been changes, the ommission will leap out.

Hope this helps,
