I have created a custom form and published it. It is
working fine except the field order is incorrect. How do
I change the order when user's tab through? Thanks.
 
Rightclick the object and choose Advanced Properties. In this list you'll
find TabIndex. Set this in the order you want to tab through the objects.

Or, in form design mode, Layout | Tab Order.

FYI, there is a separate newsgroup for Outlook forms issues --
microsoft.public.outlook.program_forms.
