Forms...

I have a couple of questions relating to Outlook Forms.

1. Let say I develop a form on my computer. I can then fill it out and send
it to another individual to complete? Or do they need a copy of the form on
their Outlook?

2. If I wish to use a form through an organisation, how can I
create/distribute it so everyone has access to it?

3. Can anyone recommend any good websites to learn more about Outlook forms?

Thank you for enlightening me,

I've been doing some testing to try and learn and have a few more questions.

1. Are form only functional with users that have Outlook? I sent a form and
tested it on hotmail,,... and there is not content, but in Outlook it is
fine. Did I do something wrong?

2. I made the control read-only in read pane, but when the recipient
forwards the form, they unlock and allow editing. Is there a way to lock it
so that once the form is sent by the original sender, it cannot be altered
even if forwarded?

Thank you once again for the help,

QB

Hate to say this in a microsoft forum, but you can do that very easily with
Adobe Acrobat 8 professional. You create the form. It even has a option for
them to add data and click a button to send back. It even has data sorting
and you can distribute through email or even make it availalble on your local
network or ftp server for download. The application even comes with
templates.
