Please provide details about what's not working and where you published the form.

Are you generating the message from your published form? Is the "send form definition with item" box unchecked?

You're testing by sending to yourself? Who will ultimately receive these messages? Have they published the form, too?

If you want your form to work, you'll need to clear the "send form definition with item" box and republish it.

I don't understand the usage of this form, though. What's the point of just sending it to yourself?

i send it too myself for the check if it works or not that's the point, but
later on i will send it to my frends.

i well try to clear the "send form deinition with item
i tell ou if it's working

If you send it to your friends, it won't work unless they have access to the published form definition. That's my point: It's waste of time to develop such a form if you're planning to send it to people outside your organization or if you can't publish it to the Organizational Forms library on Exchange.

Outlook 97 did not have the security required for today's constantly threatened email environments.

I've already told you want the best configuration is: Publish the form to the Organizational Forms library.

The article at http://support.microsoft.com/?id=907985 explains this change in more detail, suggests best practices, and provides registry keys that can return Outlook 2003 to the older, less secure behavior.
