forms with many fields

Does anyone know a good way to display 25 fields on a form? I usually use
tabular format but its just too insane. Any ideas/samlples would be very
useful. Thanks!

This seems like it would be dependent on many things...

I have displayed upwards of 100 text boxes on a single form. Using
1024x768, only need a small number of labels, there were ways to group many
of them, most didn't need to display more than 3 characters.

Look for a "drill down" approach where the user opens detail form(s) from a
main form.

If this does not appeal, try a columnar (rather than tabular) display.
