Forms, User Name (FP2003)

I am collecting data in a Front Page form. I have also set up the form to
save the User name - however this field is blank.
The Front Page html seems to be trying to save:
S-Builtin-Fields="REMOTE_USER Date Time
Should this variable be available on all servers with FP Extensions, or is
there some other way to get the User name into my form data?

It is only available on a server where the user is logged on to the server and completing the form,
this would only apply within a intranet environment, not a public web site.
