when I click on a form in outlook 2000, the body of the form is blank and
the cc button is not showing up.

I deleted the cache by using the cache button and I all so manually deleted
the cache, but the problem is still happen. I can login to a diffrent
computer with the same username and password and the form will open ok

Does any one know the solution to this problem

a form." Where is the form in question published?

Choose forms
Employee Form
then I click on the form
when the form open the Document , CC and subjects taps are missing, and the

Taps? I would expect the body to be blank since it's a new item created with
your form.

In a public folder? In the Organizational Forms library?

And what about "taps"? I don't know what you mean by that.

What is the Document button? Is that a control you added?

Does the View | Message Header command show the Cc and Subject boxes?

Note that a message form will not be fully functional if it is published to
a public folder, unless it's only use is to send messages to that folder.
Either recipients won't see the layout, or the form won't run code.

yes I added the control button Document. I cannot find the View | Message

commands if necessary. You should see a command named Message Header. Click
it.

Where did you add the Document control -- to the read layout, the compose
layout ,both?

it.

Sorry, but I don't understand. Did you find the command Message Header on
the View menu while you have the custom form item open?

I did not find the command message header on the view menu. can you gave me
more direction how to find it. I have outlook 2000

Use Tools | Options | Mail Format to check whether you have WordMail set as
the email editor. If so, turn it off.

Create a new message using your custom form. Leave it open. Click the item's
View menu. That's where you should see the Message Header command. Since
Outlook has adaptive menus, you may need to click the down arrow button at
the bottom of the menu to see all the commands.
