I am fairly new to Access. I am trying to create a form
that will print for Purchase Orders. I got the number
incrementing, but now I need to be able to print out 1
record at a time for employees to use. How do I do this?

For printing, create a Report (forms are for onscreen use).

Mary,

Since you say yuour fairly newe to Access I will give you
more detailed instructions than I normally would. If your
beyond the level I describe here, please do not take
offence.

Create a query with all the information you wish to
report, then tie the query to the PO # in the form using
the Crieria field in the Query builder. Do this by
pointing at the criteria field in the QBE grid for your
PO# field and right click. You should see a Build menu
choice. Select that and then navigate to your form, then
the particular field in the form. Double click on the
field. When the query runs, it will use the value in this
field to select the data you need. Base your report on
this query.

I hope that helps!
