Could you help me out please?
I have a main form: personal details
subform: training achieved
both linked by the PersID one-t-many

when I put the sub into the main the sub shows in form view the Record
Bar as of course does the maiin form.
I don't want that.
One person can have many training items but only in one record.

How do I achieve this?

What are you calling the Record Bar? There is a record selector (the gray
vertical bar to the left) and there is the navigation bar (lower left) that lets
you navigate. Both of these can be turned off in the property sheet of the
form.
