FORMS position

Hello,

Is it possible that everytime they open a form that it
will always be in the Upper left corner. I tried saving
it to a certain position and said not auto position but
it doesnt work all the time it gets moved depending on
where the scroll bars. So is there a VBA or rule that I
can turn on that when the forms open that it will always
be on the upper left corner.
