Forms not displaying properly on laptop.

Hi all,

I'm using Access 2003 and have built a database so the forms fit on the full
screen without using scroll bars. The screen resolution is 1024 x 768 on the
machine I used to built tthis database. My problem is when I open this same
database on my laptop, (resolution set to 1024 x 768), there is a large space
between the right and bottom side of my forms. The entire form is displayed
but has theses spaces. What am I doing wrong? Any help would be greatly
appreciated. Thanks in adance.

Are you sure the resolution settings are the same? Are the font-size settings
the same?

Thanks for your reply Rick,
Yes the resolution is the same on both the desktop and the laptop machines.
The font size is set to normal on both. Anything else I should check? Thanks

Rick,
Just discovered what the problem was. The DPI on the desktops were set at
114. The laptop DPI setting was the normal 96dpi. So I've learnt that it's
not only the resolution and font size that matters, but the machines must
also have all the same DPI settings for the forms to look the same. Changing
the DPI setting must also change the font size a great deal. Just wanted to
let others know this bit of information. Thanks again for your time and
