Forms: Design form in Contacts restorts to old 2002 form

Hello,

I've just upgraded to the new Outlook 2003. I have created a new PST and
moved everything across, without much problem. But I see the Contacts in
2003 have a new look, but when I open up a contact, select Tools - Forms -
Design this Form, it allows me to edit the form, but the form is the
old-looking Outlook XP one (i.e. is doesn't have a box to put you Contact
Picture, etc.). :-(

How can I edit the new-looking Outlook 2003 form?

That is the new form, but if you edit the first page you revert to the old
look.
