Forms background

I would like to spice up the rather bland forms in my database, but I am
artistically challanged.

Does anyone have any suggestions for some templates or samples of pictures I
can use for form background - suitable for a business environment of course.
 
My personal preference is for bland backgrounds. I teach this to my college
classes, too. To me, nothing screams 'amateur' as much as a form with a
background.

Again, this is just my opinion, but try this for me: open ANY professionally
developed software application. Does it have fancy backgrounds on the forms
or are they all basically shades of gray?
