Forms Autosave does not work

I have spent two days on many help boards and my Autosave
feature on my new XP machine does not work. I have found
one response that says you can NOT be Only an
Administrator, but you need to have another user. I will
try setting up a new user, make them an administrator,
make all their properties the same as mine. If it works I
can then delete me "owner" and use the new user ???

Anyone familiar with this? Any suggestions?
