Forms are missing inside Access

I got an Access file which has forms defined.
However, for some reason after a long time I found the forms are missing.
When I open the file inside Access, click the Reports on the left pane,
there are no forms shown.

Do you have a backup copy? Does it have all its pieces?

Has anyone else touched it?

Have you tried UnHiding any objects that might be hidden? (Windows | Unhide
....)

Forms are forms reports are reports. Do other people use this database?

Sorry, I opened this one is just a pure database, but not a application one.
