Forms and Sizing for different screens

I have a number of users of my database, some who use laptops with small
screens and some who use desktops with large screens.

My problem is, if i size the forms to fit on the large screens, the laptop
users are scrolling constantly to see things and if i size them to fit the
laptops, the forms look tiny in the middle of these huge screens.

What i really want is for Access to somehow detect the size of the maximised
Access window and size the form accordingly, i don't mean maximise/minimise
etc. I mean a sort of print preview like state where i can size it somewhere
between the two sizes and somehow it sizes the form and all its controls
accordingly.

Any advice greatly accepted.

My experience is that any form of resizing only creates more maintenance. Try
to find the most regularly used screensetting and use that as the default.
Resizing controls can be a tedious thing. Very large comboboxes look very
strange on large screens. Furthermore not every control will be resizeable
(tabs for instance).
