Forms and popup

Dear Sirs
I created a Form which navigates the user through the program.
I would like that this form pops-up immidiately when Access is started - so
that I only see the "Main Form" on the screen.
Is that possible and how?

Yes, it's possible, and often implemented.

1. Select Startup from the Tools menu. The Startup dialog is displayed.
2. From the Display Form/Page drop-down, select the form you want to display
at startup.
3. Click OK.

That's it!

Personally, what I like better is to use an autoexec macro instead because
that way the main database window remains easily accessible. This may however
generate extra system prompts depending on the security settings [the "do you
really want to run this macro" type of prompts].

All you have to do for that is go to macros, then create New one.
The first action should be "minimize" in order to minimize the main database
window right away.
The second action is then OpenForm, and at the bottom you specify which form
to auto-open.

That's it. Now close and name your macro "autoexec".
