forms and frontpage ext. on server

Recently I have changed my hosting to a new one that
supports frontpage ext. on server but when I create a form
on my site, it gives me an error after submitting the form.
I have contacted my server admin. and I were informed that
they have frontpage ext. on server but they don't support
form by front page due to unstable nature of it which
quiet frankly I have never heard about it.
A server either got a frontpage ext. installed or not, and
when it is installed it should support forms anyway.
am I right?

are these people at my hosting are fooling around with me
or my dedicated server were set up wrong?


Does anyone know solution to my problem with forms ?

A host can determine which FP features of the extensions it will allow users
to use.
