Forms and clearing of fields

How can I open my FORM with the fields clear and a after adding record having
the fields clear (blank). My form has 3 Text Boxes, a Combo Box, a list box,
and 2 Command Buttons (Add & Del record). When I open it, it has record #1
info in all the fields. When I add a record, only some fields clear.
Thanks!

Please don't pay any attention to Mein Kemph! No one else here does!

In Design View of your form, goto Properties -- Data and under the Datat
Entry Property enter YES.

Hi,

That does seem to do it. I have a problem with 1 text field, but I think
that is my fault and am checking into it now.

Another question, is there a way to re-number the records in the table?
After deleting some, those record numbers are gone. It does not affect
anything but me.

Thanks Again!
