all my browsers(IE,FireFox,Maxthon) are getting this error when i try to send
the form in to recipient reset my web settings but no change.

It seems to be a script error from Matt's Script Archive, Inc. when sending
a vote value from a web competiton vote page.

Error: Blank Fields
The following fields were left blank in your submission form:

email

These fields must be filled in before you can successfully submit the form.
Please use your browser's back button to return to the form and try again.

Script type? Configuration? CHMOD? Did you try to take the generic script
from Matt's and modify it? If so then is there still the email function in
it? IIRC the formmail script at Matt's is pretty old. PHP, if an option, is
easier. It's also pretty fun to work with though perl is much more likely to
allow you to make errors and doesn't even mind if you go right ahead and
just leave it hanging. But PHP is much more fun. If that's an option for you
then it'd be easier than trying to figure out why the script you're using
isn't working probably.

My site, kgiii.info, if you click on it there's a contact page. (Please
don't flood it with mail.) You can check that out and if it's something
you'd like then, well, I'd just as easily C&P the information into this as
well as some directions and you can likely make off with that without much
of a problem or at least use it to write your own in a short time. I find
PHP much more intuitive oddly enough.

Have you modified the script in any way? Are the people using the form
actually filling in the email portion? If not then yes, you'll get errors.
You'd want to remove that part of the script if you've modified it.

Well then what happens if you reset your security settings for the internet
zone with IE to medium? The impression given (at least from my view but I
often think oddly) was that you were developing this so my bad... Set it to
to medium and try and then see if it continues?

Hmm... How about an example of such a site? A URL to check it out would be
most handy methinks. Seems that no one else has any ideas either, ah well...
Drop a URL into your next response and I'll check it out for you.

i goen nuts here now all my windows machines say service temporarily
available and i am using a linux machine now to send this this
happens all the time

Makes me start to guess it's not a Windows problem nor an IE problem? Seeing
as you said a *NIX box do you normally have issues with the site and your
other browsers? Could you test it for me? I too got the site as unavailable.
I'm headed to sleep in a short while but I'll flag this as unread and check
it again when I wake up. It could very well be misconfiguration of the
script on the part of the owner/webmaster and nothing at all to do with IE.
