Formatting

I am unable to enable single spacing in FrontPage 2003. I go to format-
paragraphs-enable line spacing to single, but have not achieved it yet.
What am I doing wrong/

Use Shift Enter for the <br> tag instead of the Enter key (which generates <p> tags)

It is a paragraph margin issue, not spacing.
set the margin for the paragraph to 0
example:

<p style="margin:0">some text</p>
<p style="margin:0">more text</p>

The margin can be reached from Paragraph properties->Styles
