formatting the guestbook and discussion output

Hi, Well my web page is published (a bit scummy and
amateurish looking - but I will keep at it.) I have a
discussion forum page and a guestbook. I would like to
format the output, but I can't seem to find where to do
it. Also have a suggestion form, but don't know how to
retrieve the suggestions. (www.websters.net.au and please
don't LAUGH)
 
The only way to format discussion forum results is to apply a theme to the site as a default

You can only see your suggestion results by opening the online site in FP and looking in the results file srvclist.htm in the folder
_private
In FP File Open Web/Site and enter the URL http://www.websters.net.au/
