formatting inserted files?

I want to take files that I have inserted using the INCLUDETEXT field and
have each of their formatting change to match that of the final document.
Is there a way to do this in word 2003?

Assuming that the insert documents are using the same styles as the
target document, the formatting should be the same. If not, you will
have to apply the appropriate style(s). Note that you can do this in the
target document, select all (press Ctrl+A), and then press Ctrl+Shift+F7
to save the changes back to the source files.
