Formatting individual records in a list??

Hi,

I am new to access and don't know how to complete this task.

I have an unbound listbox that will list various names and job information.
When I have a person that arrives on a job they call in to tell us. I then
jump to another window to click that this person has arrived at the job and
gives me a timestamp.

What I want to do is in the list box bold just the record that has the
person that arrived. I either get all records bold or unbold. I cant figure
out how to do one record when the timestamp is entered. The timestamp
doesn't show on the list box, but it is in the table that I am referencing
for everytihng else.

The timestamp is blank until a date is entered, but when I do a IsNull it
thinks something is in the field.

Thanks,

Todd.

Any suggestions.

Todd, I don't believe you will be able to do this with a list box.

Instead, use a form, in Continuous view. You can then use Conditional
Formatting (Format menu, in form design) to bold the field, based on an
expression such as:
[MyDate] Is Not Null
