I am trying to create a report that lists certain attributes for each
company. Each company is a record and each attribute is a field. My final
two fields can be rather long, and sometimes run from one page to the next.
I was wondering if there was a way to have it so that if a field will run
onto the next page, it will be moved so that it is displayed in it's entirety
on the next page. Thank you.

See Access Help on the KeepTogether property.
You can set the Detail Section Keep Together property so that it will
move the entire record's detail to the next page (not just the one
field) if it cannot fit it all on the current page.

Thank you for the advice, but I do not want to move the entire details
section to the next page. The details section for each record is long and
should be at least 1 page, but no more than 2. Therefore, using the keep
together function would not help in this situation, becuase I will still have
the same problem.
