Formatting background in not-enabled fields

I have some fields on a form that are not enabled. The
background is grey and the text is also grey, and so
light that it is difficult to see the data. I can't
figure out how to change the background and text so that
it is easier to read. Ditto with the labels, they are
also too light. Any suggestions?

Set the Locked property to Yes.
