Hi, I am new to access in general. I was inquiring if it is possible to
format a specific range of cells in a table to a different color.

Thanks in advance

Oops ... Let me add, forms, queries and reports are used to view edit
and enter data. Which one you choose depends on the needs.

Tables are designed to do two things. Hold the definitions of fields
and to hold the data in those fields. They are not designed to view, edit
or enter data. Note: they are not designed to even maintain a specific
order of data. They are like buckets for data.
