Formatting/Activation

Just a query, if i Format my pc and re-install windows XP, will i be able to
activate it again seeing as i allready activated it and didn't write down the
key, (i did it over the phone as i had no internet connection for that pc)
will i be able to successful be able to do that, I was a retail version of XP
and I have the product key on the booklet with the CD. I do not wish to
Format if i cannot successfully re-install windows XP.

and another question, is it possible to get the activation key number from
your pc

You are able to find the installation key but not the Activation key. Activation keys are not shown with magicaljellybean,Berlac Advisor or Everest
 
If you have activated before on the same computer you should have no problems. If by any chance you do then use the Telephone option in your activation window to re-activate.

You are not able to find the previous activation key on your system
 
Hi,

No reason you cannot reactivate, you can do so on the same system as often
as you please. You shouldn't need to keep the activation key from the last
phone activation, and it may change if you have added any hardware to the
system. All you should need is the Product Key (not the Product ID) that
came with the CD.

How many times can I reactivate?

My computer is used by kids and I have to format it many times (30 or more);
I buy a new pc and requires activation... can I reinstall the sistem and
reactivate it wthout problems? sorry my English
