Formatting a page border doesn't print.

I have a page border applied to a document, but the bottom of the border
won't print. I have adjusted the bottom margin as much as Word will allow,
but it isn't enough to get the border within the print area for my Lexmark
printer. Any ideas on how to get around this problem?
