Formatting a contact list in Excel

I am having trouble formatting a contact list so that I can upload it into my
MS Office contacts.
 
Presuming you have placed at least one contact in the Contact folder,
and have Outlook open, click File, Import and Export, export to a File,
Microsoft Excel 97-2003, ................................
