formating

Hi Im not very good with computers so please make the language as simple as
possible. I got a SONY walkman and with it you can use ALTRAX to make files
smaller to copy to a CD. But to use this i need to format the CD. I tryed the
Help and Support center but that wasn't very helpful. Please help me! Thank

You probably need to use special Sony software or possibly Nero.
