formating the color and border of a cell and then copy numbers int

i receive check reports from my customer with certain cells that are shaded
and that have borders around them. then i inspect the part and output the
results to throw into their form....i always have to go back and re shade the
specific cell back to yellow after cutting and pasting into their form...any
way to keep the cell borders and shading on their original form after i cut
and paste into it?

Use PasteSpecial/Values instead of Paste!
