Format text in comments

I have a spreadsheet where I have changed the font size in a prticular
comment box but when it has been saved and opened again the formatting has
returned to the origianl. Any advice please?

I've never seen excel do this.

Are you sure you saved the file?

Are you sure you opened the file that you saved?

What happens if you try it again?

I have just realised that there person I saw doing this was looking at it in
page break preview which may be the reason it just looks small. Thanks
