format secondary hard drives

I have a 200GB secondary hard drive using windows XP
Pro. My primary boot drive is using NTFS. I am trying
to format this drive with NTFS. I can not get the
operating system to show full size of this drive. I am
using a maxtor 133mb drive with PCI133 card. I have two
other 200gb drives that show the total size of the drive.

maxtor may not recognize over a certain amount of drive.. go to their
website and get the latest maxter blast III. did your new drive come with
one? no i doubt it. it's fairly new. that should open up all sectors so xp
can see em.
