Format question?

I know this is simple but I have just drawn a blank.

I have a text box named Impedance on a form. I need it to have it-

1. be limited to 3 characters
2. have 2 decimal places
3. and be presented as %

For example - if I enter 123 in the field, I want it to show as 1.23%.

I probably should have mentioned, I have the field set to -

Number, Decimal, Precision=5, Scale=2, Decimal Places =2.

On the Properties box, it seems that no matter what I use for the
format it always places 00s after the decimal.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
