Format Paint a Whole .html File

I have a website I started several years ago using FrontPage 2000. I am now
using FrontPage 2003.

There are about 70 pages in the website, and all of them are set up as
follows (Under "Format > Background... > Formatting > Colors"):

Hyperlinks: Automatic
Visited Hyperlinks: Automatic
Active Hyperlinks: Automatic

Now, I want to do a global change and make all of the pages as follows:

Hyperlinks: (Blue)
Visited Hyperlinks: (Blue)
Active Hyperlinks: Automatic

And, at the same time, "Enable hyperlink rollover effects" so that upon
rollover, the links become RED (normal font).

I can change all of the pages, one by one, but that is very tedious. (I
know, this is a job for "CSS".)

Is there a way I can change just ONE page and then use the FORMAT PAINTER
tool (or some similar mechanism) to make similar changes to all of the other
pages too? If so, that would save me a whole lot of work!

(BTW, the site that hosts this does NOT have FrontPage extensions.)

Thanks for any ideas you might have.

Bill,

I've read about external style sheets and somewhat understand the concept,
although I've never actually created one. Is there some "CSS For Dummies"
that can bring me up to speed on this specific example? Thanks for your
suggestion.

File new, on the right click more page templates, style
sheets.
Now click on >Format >Style Brings up a dialog. Mess around
with it abit.
