Word 2003...
How can I change the size of boxes or the size of text in all boxes on an
Organization chart in Word?

To change font/size click in the whaite space within the chart (no boxes or
lines selected) then change the font/size as you would in regular text. To
change only the formatting for one box select it and change the font/size.
Or sellect text in a box & reformat accordingly.

Consistent box size is automatic based on content unless you click the
Layout button on the Org Chart toolbar & select AutoLayout. Then you can
resize each box individually.

In order to do this you must turn off AutoLayout from the Layout menu on the
Organization Chart toolbar.
