The following is code from the database results, I need CCA_Delta to be in
the format #,###.0 Where and how do I format it, Thank you

In your SQL, you could do this:

Format(CCA_Delta,'#,##0.0') as newCCA_Delta

newCCA_Delta will show up on your page.
